I certainly have only ever played at Prima sites under the same alias, when I was going through the sign-up at bet365 it picked up my alias and I clicked the "This is my alias" button and all was sweet.
The only thing I can possibly think of is that I've signed up with their sports booking account at some point in the past.
If this is the reason then what annoys is that they've locked my account across the entire Prima network. This would be a bet365-only thing, I may have a log in to their sports booking site but technically I do only have 1 alias on the Prima network.
I've also received this email from Crazy Poker, I'm wondering whether it's connected or not:
"We have instructed our E-Cash Banking Processor to process your $205.66 withdrawal via Confiscated. This payment is for the withdrawal made on account xxx.
We do hope this transfer meets your approval.

I ended up with two aliases once, 'cos i got kicked from prima for no valid reason ... (chat abuse) but it was easiy cleared up.
If you really have only one alias this really sux, i mean Bet 365 are advertising that due to the "overwhelming take-up" of players for their monthly bonus they are repeating it for NOV.
Perhaps you could indicate to them that they are purposely attracting exisitng players to their site through their promotional tactics. therefore it is reasonable for you to have mullti... | | Read Entire Entry |

I've emailed the bet365 support and they're saying I have multiple aliases, I reply telling them I am certain I only have 1 alias. They've now replied back with:

Are they saying that I'm in trouble for using the same alias across multiple Prima rooms?
Also, could anyone provide me with an official link, which explicitly allows users to use the same alias across multiple Prima rooms?
I'm worried they're going to try claim this is against a T&C and so I'd like to be able to reply stating this is, according to Prima, completely acceptable. | | Static Link |
