I'm not too sure about that. That would take a very large marketing budget and negate the economie of scale that Party gets by having everyone feed into one site.
Traffic is the life blood of any poker site. Traffic=games=regular players=more game... and more games=more rake. No matter how good a niche marking campaign is, it will still focus on a niche, which will mean limited traffic.
It made sense for Party to kill/cripple the skins. Basically Party was leting the skins buy market share at a discount. Party's split makes the skins go out and get marketshare on their own... and to do so without the benefit of leveraging Paty's traffic. This is very... | | Read Entire Entry |

Of all the sites out there, this is the last site I expected to see on a commercial. I thougth Party was going to let pokernow die a slow cruel death. Did something change with the Party/pokernow relationship that I missed?
