depends on site. I believe you can have multiple accounts at one address, even one computer, but you must provide ID (proof of separate players) via scan+email. Maybe Email the site before you try it

Question: Lets say you have an open poker account on one home computer. Then you get another home computer. What stops you from signing up a friend and collecting the sign up bonus, and just playing off your friend's account on your own other new home computer? Are the poker sights smart enough to counter this?

In summary, could you have two computers and two accounts under the same roof?
