Doesn't seem to be the case here since the OP says he used a common phone number but it's scary what they know. I remember a loooooooooong time ago when I set up my Neteller account, for the security questions, they gave me multiple choice and I had to pick out previous addresses and parents and siblings names. That kinda freaked me out at the time. I remember the same thing happening when I opened my Firepay account.
Now I don't know if they actually have access to this information or if they just subscribe to some company that has this database of personal information and they use it for security checks only.
To the OP, you're pretty screwed without neteller. You'll just have to make do with FirePay, Click2Pay, Epassporte, etc. Just go down the list of options whenever you check out a new site. When I did that, they linked me to him and now I am screwed. He owes just over $500 according to him, but NT wouldn't even tell me why I wasn't able to get an account other than something which I knew could only be my deadbeat brother.
So back to my question, how can I whore on all the sites without a neteller account? Party Poker is not that big of a deal because I use IGMPay. You haven't done anything wrong, so there shouldn't be an issue with you. NeTeller is understandably concerned about fraud and security, so if you know someone that NeTeller has an issue with, you have to get that 'stink' off you by not having any overlapping information with that person (otherwise they can't be sure you're a completely separate person). Don't use a joint bank account. Don't use the same address. Don't use a shared credit card.
If that doesn't satisfy them, you're going to have to play by their rules (this is their game afer all) and submit whatever info they are asking for.

1) Pay-Pro did not shut you down. Party did. Read their T&C's! They reserve the right to shut down your PP account and every other account you have running on the game server platform in the event you are found to be a scammer on their site. The only reason they didn't close Eurobet is because they didn't find it. Probably because of some other con you are running. But rest assured if they find it they will close it, too.
2) It is not a violation of Party Poker's T&C to have accounts at multiple skins. I will have a lengthier post on this subject in another tread, soon. In any case that is not why you were shut down.

You admitted that you broke their T&C by having a referral to all 5 sites. They may be retards but not completely stupid. Most of us here have done all the Party sites but pushing it by also doing the refer a friend deal is going to get you caught and it did. They are in place to: 1) protect the integrity of Pay-Pro and the site they are supporting, 2) protect you and your money and 3) preclude money laundering.
