I try to treat the online tables the same way I'd treat a live game. Just because "Tony" isn't waiting in the parking garage with a baseball bat after I act like a total ass at the table doesn't change how I'm going to behave. Not that I care if you *do* act like an ass (it's easy enough to ignore you), but it obviously doesn't reflect well on you.

I am not looking for anything from this site but good bonuses, fair opinions and a good laugh every once in a great while. I did not post this as a whine but as a warning. Prima has really clamped down on chat use in general lately but I don't think anyone here knew how closely they monitor what is going on at the tables.
I believe it is a good thing and nice to know they actively manage the tables with a live person. Unlike most rooms that have email or some dude who has never played poker answering a phone from a cubicle in New Dehli.

While world class players can get by with it, you might find problems. It must have been quite a nasty rant to warant a phone call - prima customer service isn't commonly that prompt for anything.
Last year I had a player at my home game go off on a rant like that at 1 am, woke up the kids and get himself 'wife-banned' from the game. And with my wife, wife-banned = life banned.

Without warning I was completely booted off the system with 3 ring games up and a minute later my phone rang. Prima called me at home and told me that due to a certain number of numerous complaints I have had my chat priviledges revoked. Thats cool I just did not know they would boot you off mid hand.
