Tried once more with downloading from Empire...On one pc it closes when it tries to start and then shows an error message.
On the other it just keep "Retrying Connection" (has run like that the last hour!)
Now I just want my money and to go on elsewhere! Stupid software!!!

Well, I downloaded it today on my roomy's comp and it worked. So I tried it again on my comp which has never worked and it did! Only thing I did different was disable virus protection. I'm pretty sure they fixed and issue with their software tho. Go ahead and try it out! Today is last day to deposit for 40% bonus I believe. | | Static Link |

In both instances I had to email somebody to get the bonus. When I complained like a little bitch about not instantly receiving the EPASS bonus, I sent the email to both the poker site, and PayPro. Madhumathi at Multi hooked me up, but for PokerNOW, nobody responded and I was eventually awarded the bonus by a guy from PayPro.

Their support stinks.

Tries to connect to the network. Twice. Then says it hits a problem and needs to close. Just installed the new party the other day... hmm.
Used the link from BW didn't work, but after I uninstalled and clicked on links from Empire itself, it ended up working. Maybe the BW link goes to a different, non-working version of the software?
Ech. Empire won't let me create an account.

I actually deleted and reinstalled windows XP and it still didn't work upon d/ling. I didn't even have party poker software installed yet. I didn't have any software installed, I believe Poker Tracker was installed tho, but I hadn't even used it. Very wierd issue, I wanted to take advantage of that 40% $200 bonus, but I can't do it if I can't play! Might try my roomates Dell comp, and let yall know. Mine was made by me from parts.

have tried the unintstalling both software and installing, restarting numerous times but nothing working. also when i load up new party site, it is all blotchy, is missing boxes, pictures etc...

Then downloaded Empire to do the reload bonus. After the installation wizard completes and the program launches, I receive the following error message:
Empirepoker has caused an error in KERNEL32.dll. Empirepoker will now close.
So, I reboot. Same problem.
Wipe the computer again. Download again. Same problem.
So now, let's try Multipoker and PokerNOW.
Download both.
Same problem.
So now, the let's try on a different computer.
Wipe it. Download. Same problem.
Anyone else having this problem. Never had it before 12:00 PM ET 12/16/2006.
Both computers I mentioned run WindowsME.
By the way, a freshly downloaded version of the new Party software installs and runs fine.
