I'm assuming English isn't your native language but you're doing fine.
If I understand your questions correctly, the answer is no, there is not
a skin of the PokerRoom/ongame/Poker network (all the same thing) that is smaller than the others. They all share the same players and software so they are all basically the same size.
The ongame network is the third largest poker network. It sounds like you have already played at Party Poker (the largest network). You might also try Poker Stars (the second largest network).

To answer your question you should really read the BW101 guide and FAQ. It is a step by step process to building your Bankroll and avoiding landmines along the way. Read the site reviews and the Bonus Clearing Charts as well. Then come back and ask your questions again.
Some of the posters here get really nasty when people ask questions that are answered elsewhere on the site in an easily searchable format.

if you like the old party software then you can play at Multi, PokerNow or Empire. They all use the old software and share players between the 3. There will be fewer players than party however since they do not share the party tables. | | Static Link |

poker skin is typically referred to a particular site - i.e. betonbet is a skin of poker room.
poker network typically referrs to the entire network of sites that share the same software, players, etc.......i.e. poker room, hollywood, and holdempoker are all on the same network. plus i think this particular network is called teh poker network. others are ipoker, crypto, etc...

Because poker software is a main factor to select poker room.
