I had exactly the same problem...was missing about $100 and getting no response to my emails. But about 5 days later I got the money and an apology email. I've played there all week now and it hasn't crashed -- so I think they've finally got it under control. I took two withdrawals this week and got both in normal time.
If you are still missing your money I'd try another email. Make sure to give them the date that you had the problem. | | Static Link |

Honestly before the crash I thought UB was one of the most reliable sites around. I love the fact you can Play for points, I wish all sites did this.
But since the crash something change not only in the software but in the company.
$75 dissappeared from my account during the crashing. Not much money but I've sent over 10 emails and no responses. I would love to get an email that said sorry but we will not refund the money atleast something.
Not only that but they continue to have bonus drives when the site isn't ready or stable.
This isn't just me its a consist pattern.
