More to do with Grand Bay poker. See the GB thread, lots of people have had similar experiences, I for one. I have not had any issues with other Primas so far (~10 of them). | | Static Link |

But why would someone even playing there?
Did they ask you before you deposited for documents, sure NOT.
Its just usual Prima s.
Later the pokersite tells you its not us, its Prima, but Prima doesnt deal with Customers.
There are so many complains all over the Internet about Prima, that I am surprised they have still players there. | | Static Link |

That wasn't my question. I'm asking how long does it take before they let you log back into your account if they put you under the scrutiny of having to send in documents. | | Static Link |

Forum: Bonus Whores | I've never whored a Prima before, but I recently did Grand Bay Poker. However, send I asked them to credit my bonus, I was asked to send in documents (i.e. driver's license and utility bill) to verify my identity. This was on Thursday. Support e-mailed back saying that they received the documents and would forward them to the relavent department. However, today, I e-mailed again and they said that they could find no such documents. So I resent the documents and called support. He told me he would forward the documents once again to the relavent department and that they would call me in a few minutes. However, it's been over an hour and they have yet to call (not that I really expected it).
It seems like I'm being given the run around. I'm just wondering if this is typical of a Prima. I've heard the horror stories, and I just want to see what I'm in for. | | Static Link |
