I presume you mean doing 5 tables at once for one hour?
You probably won't find 5 at once at most times unless you thow in some 2/4 at the same time..

2. Converts to and from currency you deposit with to currency you play with.
3. Listed as $s if you are a $ depositer - e.g. I was getting about $9.45 a few days ago - paid hourly.
