Also, I don't really understand why anyone would blame HW for anything, not like its their servers. I'm fairly sure that they are way more pissed off with the crashes than you are.

I gave up on this bonus when I signed up because it constantly crashed. I gave up after a few days and never went back.
I've been playing a lot at night here in America and I can't remember the last time the servers crashed.
I don't know that it was server crashes or if it just didn't get along with my system. I was playing 2/4 and 3/6 however trying to clear bonuses and it just got to the point where I was getting disconnected so many times and being autofolded that there was no way I could make cash at the site. Well, Poker Network had some problems tonight. I was playing ring games on Europoker and my buddy was doing tourney on Pokerroom and we both had servers down from 9PM EDT to around 10:30PM. Every now and then the servers just go down, tables lag and eventually crash, people can't sit in/out of tables. However, things usually get resolved in a few hours. I've been playing around four hours a day on Poker Network this summer and I'd say this happens once to twice a week. Not a huge problem unless you have a bonus expiring that night. | | Static Link |

Yep. Take a week at some different sites and come back. Once a site goes terminal like that, it usually takes some time to get it right again. It's happened at just about every site over time. Maybe a couple exceptions, but not many.

I havent played at Hollywood much but i know from playing at Pokerroom it always crashes. By far more then any other site. I still put up with the aggravation but i know what youre saying when you want to take youre money elsewhere. | | Static Link |

I wouldn't take a single 90 minute window as a sign of how the site performs overall. Just a couple of weeks ago I remember a major site having a few problems for a similar period, as do most sites from time to time.
If you are so fazed by small 'hiccups' like this, then you are in for a rocky ride......
