Yeah, they are a pretty big site that isn't quite as well known for poker. I certainly wouldn't consider them small in the sense that you will have to worry about getting your money back. | | Static Link |

Thanks though for being a guinea pig for us

In general, if a sportsbook is attached to a poker site like this, expect some wonky rules in their banking system. Just the way it goes, it seems.

| Posted by: Alphaunit1 at September 18, 2006, 9:15 pm | | Topic: Canbet.com withdrawls Forum: Bonus Whores | Have to admit from a brief perusal of their site I see nothing indicating a minimum amount of time the deposit has to stay on the site -- just the requirement for rolling over the deposit at least once before cashing out or paying a 3% fee (to cover their costs). Probably should be something that is inserted into BW's review.

| Posted by: rajischeap at September 18, 2006, 3:32 pm | | Topic: Canbet.com withdrawls Forum: Bonus Whores | | Was playing a few tournies this morning at this site. Made my deposit and won a quick 90.00 in the tourny. So, I thought wow lets make a quick withdrawl and call it a day. Was told by the canbet operator when making a deposit u gotta keep the money in your poker account for a week before making a withdrawl. Someone shoulda told me this before i signed up. I can wait a week but why do i have too? There are other sites out there which are quicker. Maybe they shoulda listed this requirement at BW.com. Too top it all off u gotta send id too this site because im told they are located in australia. It's unreal how these new poker sites popup and not sure how they stay around. Wasnt like my deposit or withdrawl was a huge amount of money. | | Static Link |
