Pokerroom last night. Tables close/kick people out. The money you have at your tables does not show up in your account after they kick you off. IT eventually shows up, but it is worrying to have your money disappear for awhile. Also, people's points weren't being updated. Today, played 4 tables for 2 hours and got 0 points. I do not know if they will update. They beter, as I have a bonus to clear, but even if they do, I don't have any idea where I stand now in terms of points. It is ridiculous.

PokerRoom is a joke. How can you trust a site with your money when its disappears sometimes. Why play a bonus where they don't credit your points. My advice to anyone ever thinking of playing a PokerRoom bonus is--DON't. It's not worth the hassle. Support doesn't respond to email, and although they offer live chat support though the lobby, whenever there is a problem like last night and today, support goes away and never answers any questions. What a joke site.

Same thing this morning. I was able to log on and wasnt at my tables for 5 minutes when the network went down. When i spoke to live support they said to try again within 60 minutes......which is precisely what they said last night too.

It really puts me off playing there.

GL, Marcus.
I went back and while some tables are running, they are still having problems. Not a good day for Ongame servers.

Happened to me just now at Poker Room. Looks like a server went down and everyone got kicked out.

Hollywoods kicking my ass the last two days. I just don't feel comfortable playing there for some reason.

A couple people were bitching to live support about the tables closing out on them yesterday.

yes, there is a storied history with this sort of thing at the ENTIRE ongame net. table closures and massive system usage is just the tip of the iceburg. as far as my own personal experience, ongame is the only network that i consistently lose on.

My question for you veterans...is it just Poker Room, or am I likely to find this at any Ongame site? I plan on playing at Holdem Poker in specific.

I had this happen very rarely, but a friend of mine regularly has this problem, I think it is possible to happen at any ongame skin and not just pokerroom, i think it happend to me once at holdempoker.
U said u never had that problem at Hollywood earlier, maybe some of their(ongame) more recent updates messed up their software, because since a couple weeks ago ongame skins are laggy as hell for me when playing 4+ tables.
