We apologize for any confusion this incident may have caused amongst our players. We hope all of our players understand that serious matters take longer to rectify to everyone’s satisfaction, and especially in rare cases like this where there were a number of misunderstandings and miscommunications.
This issue has now been resolved, and we have worked together with Ongame to refund the player’s lost bankroll. We take our support and player happiness extremely seriously and urge any of our players to contact us whenever they need to. We would like to thank the player for his patience in the matter, and Ongame for their help in resolving the issue.
It is important to note that this player’s Tower Gaming Account was not ‘hacked’; rather, it was a case of an insecure email account, which is why we stress to our players that they should be vigilant when it comes to the security of their personal computers. I have an account on tower gaming wich is an ongame network room.
Two weeks ago my account was hacked.
I was unable to login, and i could'nt get my password back 'cause the registred email was changed.
No phone number to contact the support so i had to send tons of emails to justify my identity. When they finally got it they locked the account and gave me the access. All my bankroll disapeared within 5 minutes January 9th between 13.50 and 13.55.
