Same here, finally hit them up two weeks ago and no probs. I did the $125 bonus / 875 raked hands ($25 extra from Neteller deposit) in 6 hours 2 Tabling .25/.50 limit and 2 Tabling 1/2 limit. Was up $85 on top as well. Hope you fall into the no problem category......

I have reformatted my machine twice and the software still finds my information. All told the only Prima I have had issues with is AceFlush locking an abandoned account.
BTW, Riverbelle took three months to send me the IPOD I won back before Christmas,

P.S. - Oddly enough, just after I wrote the post above here the deposit bonus was finally credited to my account and I received an email to notify me it had been posted. I've submitted a withdrawl request now - let's see how long that takes. | | Static Link |

One weird thing though, after I'd cleared the required amount of raked hands and the bonus landed in my account, they emailed me and said I had to do another 75 raked hands in order to cash the bonus out.
You might wanna consider upping the limit to .25/.50. It'll be probably be a stamina tester at .10/.20 as the rake needs to hit 25c to count.

I signed up through BW for an account there and have had nothing but problems since the first moment I tried to fund my account.
1. When I made my first deposit, they "accidentally" processed the transaction twice but only credited it once to my account, leaving $200 lost in space until the problem was resolved after several phone calls to Neteller and several emails to RB.
2. When RB finally realized that they had screwed up, they told me that I could either have the funds returned to my Neteller account or left in the poker account. After I told them that I wanted the funds returned to Neteller, they changed their minds and said that the funds have to be left in the poker account.
