Just register your same details at Prima site #2. It will then recognize you and ask you to confirm the alias. Pick a good alias, because you'll be stuck with it for every Prima site.
The problem you may run into is when whoring different sites in the same Prima sub-group, but that is the exception rather than the rule (there are not any Prima sites featured on BW where you have to worry about this). | | Static Link |

You can only have 1 alias at Prima sites. This doesn't mean you can't sign up for more than 1 site. You just need to register with the same alias at each site.

When I logged in for the first time I was prompted to confirm that I will not play under any other alias at Prima. Do they enforce this?
