OK, I don't how it keeps happening considering that I don't play on B2B much (especially now that FR limit action has well and truly dried up) but today I sat in on yet another BBJP, though not a particularly big one this time. Still, €99 is nothing to sneeze at for watching a T high spade straight flush beat the sucker end at a €.25/.50 NL 8 max. table, especially since it looks like there's no way I'll be able to clear the Pokerium bonus I deposited for when I'm only 5% done with a little over a week left till it expires.

Don't know how to tell you this FT but if you're playing on a site or network where a Royal doesn't reward you with the pot you probably want to find another site or network to play on...
Point taken Sad though how often these rare monster hands result in rather small pots - usually I was up against only one opponent who would immediately hesitate once the third (or fourth) flush card appeared. Only twice do I distinctly recall getting to a showdown; the two times I hit a royal on UB I think were an example where I was alone by the river. Actually the first one I ever got - sort of - is the one that hurts the most. It was in a Poker.com $500 freeroll and I was briefly disconnected right after the flop holding AhTh and the J I think on board, only to reconnect on the r...

Thanks all I suspect I have exhausted my luck for quite a while - being in on two different B2B jackpot strikes within as many months seems pretty unlikely to start with, especially since I don't play there regularly. Then again, this is the same network where I saw one player hit two straight flushes on consecutive hands Also been fortunate in the year I've been playing to get a handful of royal flushes (one was made with a single hole card), but none on a site or network that rewards them...

I recently hit my first BBJ online, but it was at Crypto for a whopping $350 or so (I got the small end for the winning hand at $2/$4).

Hit one about 10 years ago in California for over $1000.

Congratulations! The BBJ at B2B can sometimes be quite high, over 20k €!
