The problem with point allocation affected many accounts and we have credited or are in the process of crediting all affected accounts.
The action we are taking will correct the point balances, all bonuses where the conditions have been met, will be released and in addition we will be making a direct cash adjustment as compensation.
In addition we have updated the information given in the FAQ entry How-do-I-earn-Gnuf-points. We have also advised all our agents of the correct information and that compensation is being allocated to accounts directly.
The important clarifications to questions on our points structure are as follows:
1. You do not have to contribute to the pot to earn points.
