One of the last emails I sent complaining about this I mentioned that I put deposits at Golden Palace and other sites in order to play a NL game I could trust. I guess the smell of money going elsewhere got them off their arse.
I actually see people at Golden Palace (no disconnect allin) try to do the trick, and instead have their hand folded. Sometimes I laugh out loud at these SOBs.

Admittedly if you have a legit disconnection problem you will lose a little money, but if it stops cheating then I'm glad.

Later someone was discussing that they had done away with all in protection entirely.
The Crypto sites had the highest abuse rate of any I had seen, so in a way I'm OK with them removing it, but I still worry about those infrequent disconnects where I will not have protection. | | Static Link |
