What he's saying is that playerselectpoker.com is merely a demo site operated by the software provider, hence doesn't take (and never intends) to take real money deposits.
The rest of your point is completely valid though. Unregulated casinos operating unregulated software are almost always scum (see: RTG) while casinos whose software is regulated is almost always very reputable (see: Cryptologic, Microgaming) | | Static Link |

What you wrote, however, doesn't address my concern about your product. If you are "purely a software supplier" and enact no regulatory measures, then the individual sites which lease your product are free to steal from players without any threat of punishment other than that of the marketplace.
An analogous example to your company is Dobrosoft. Not long ago, Dobrosoft leased their poker software to an illegitimate organization called Choice Poker that stole player deposits. As a result, many players have sworn off all new sites using the Dobrosoft software, because we know that Dobrosoft enacts no regulation over those who can afford the price of their software. Considering Chartwell Technology's association with blackjack.com, intelligent players will treat any poker site that uses your software with the same suspicion as we do sites that use Dobrosoft's software.
