I donwloaded from the UK Sterling site a while back to try to get the bonus in pounds but when selecting currency I may have selected GBP (not sure). In any case, now I can't deposit using neteller and their help people say it's because I'm using the UK software. However, I can't make a new account with the same email and this email is the one I use for neteller. So... any advice?

1) Go to willhill.com
2) Click on Poker link, make sure that the bonus displayed is in GBP (click on UK Sterling at top right corner if it isnt). The GBP bonus is better for poker.

So the answer to your question is no. You don't have to make a Neteller deposit into the casino.
But to make the bonus appear you have to download the casino software, then "buy-in" to the casino with the money that is already in your account. Then the bonus will be credited. | | Static Link |

You just need to buy-in to the casino. Fire up your Will Hill Casino program, then buy in for $80. You can quit right away. Then run the Casino program again, but from now on just buy-in in the same amount as the bonus. | | Static Link |

I am a little slow here.
I deposited into will hill again this month, but there was no money in my casino account.
When I go to my 'account' page, it says "Balance $200" withdrawable amount "$200"
Shoudnt the "balance" part be higher?

I just did willhill yesterday and played 5 hours. When i subtracted my balance from my table earnings it was $35 and change. Maybe they are giving it in pounds with a really bad exchange rate. Not sure, just a thought.

Technically what happens if you buy-in for a poker game, they transfer the money from the main account to the poker account. Then at the end of the session they transfer it back out.
Same goes for the casino. In fact, you don't have to cash out manually, because the casino will cash you out automatically to your "main account" at the end of every session.
At this point, your money will go back to your main account, and your bonus money will go to the bonus account. Suppose you get $80 bonus, next time you go to the casino, buy chips in that exact amount, and only the bonus money will be transfered to the casino.

Also, side note, WillHill offers a *completely no risk* casino bonus, similar to Intercasino and Caribbean Sun.
The fun part is figuring this out because unlike the other two, it doesn't get credited automatically.
You have to download the casino software, then "buy chips". You will get credited your purchase + bonus. ($80 for $80 first time, $40 for $40 all following months. 20x bonus WR). Then when you quit the casino your purchase and bonus will be returned in separate accounts. Your purchase goes back to your regular account, immediately available for withdrawal. Your bonus goes into the bonus account.
