Can some one list the monthly poker bonus and what needs to be done to get them.
I have the main ones but am missing the bottom 5 - nevermind the non-U.S. ones - I'd like to know them also.

3 sites do not allow US players: Betfair, Littlewoods, and Ritz Club.
The last site is Classic Poker, but they do not give the monthly bonus or have a casino match. First time deposit bonus only.

Also, I am assuming this is a legit site? Right?

However the casino won't let you play in the US and also does not allow you to deposit via neteller, which puts the stops on my play there. For some reason their casino and poker room are not connected like the other crypto sites. Maybe it's just a matter of time (I hope).
