Empire does this consistently, I never see the date there. But they send an email to confirm the bonus and the expiry date is in there.

Did you get the offer personally? if it's not in your bonus account page, I highly doubt you'll get it at all.

After you close that and log in, you will get a second popup with the bonus offer. You have to log in first.
