That's crap b/c I deposited, played some hands, cashed out the cleared the first part of Shark, no problem, cashed out some more, then cleared teh second and got my bonus by emailing manager@pokernow.com without any issues at all.

My girlfriend got it last week. I don't remember the exact dates, but she finished either Sunday or Monday (sent an email and got the same reply as you, wait 3-4 days for credit); and received it a couple days later (Wed or Thur).

If you're talking about the Party Poker Million Starting Chips link off the "My Account" page (which is how some of you were figuring out how many raked hands you played); the reason it is not counting anymore is because the extra chips for the PPMIV stopped at October 31. In otherwords, you can't gain additional starting chips for the PPMIV semis coming up in a few days anymore, so there's no reason to show you raked hands played. | | Static Link |

Yup, I got the same (which I was rather pleased about).
Even got the pen too, even though there was a massive hole in the manila package it was shipped in. Can't believe the pen didn't fall out...the hole was almost large enough for the book to fall out.
