This is incorrect. If you redeposit before the bonus expires they will take that $10 back from you, unless you have met the clearing requirements. This is how the sticky party bonus worked.
Only way around this is to deposit the money on the last day of the reload, then let the $10 bonus expire (and let them take their $10 back out), then start playing the hands required for the reload. | | Static Link |

also, i'd be weary of losing the money because if i remember correctly, they remove $10 from your bankroll irregardless of when you busted out. so if you'd deposited for the new bonus, they'd take out $10 to make up for the old bonus (of course you could get around that by depositing for the new bonus, and withdrawing all your money right when the $10 bonus is about to expire, and then redepositing and clearing it).

I will deposit on 4/10. This is how I feel about it.
Poker is a game of skill. If you have the poker game to clear a bonus and make a little money, great. Empire poker (or any poker room) sets the rules for a bonus release. We follow them and hopefully we are rewarded. We grind, take calculated risks and hopefully come out ahead.
This ten dollar offer is penalty for players who follow the bonus rules. It is masked as a "thank you" which is really insulting.

I did the first time bonus in late Dec (only for 40 bucks, a newbie)
I didn't start tracking my bonus in Jan so I don't know if there was a reload or if I did it.
Feb - Did the reload (Max Bonus)
Feb - Did the IMG (Max Bonus)
I had .67 cents in my account.
I did not log in for over a month.

I'm glad I still have a bonus pending in my account..even though I have to clear it before the 6th (actually 24th but I want to clear it before the 6th).....
actally, if i clear the last bonus I got and then the next day deposit for the 7X/7day bonus I will get it, right? What was I thinking? These things clear in order....so I might as well wait till I have the time...I just can't withdraw and then deposit before the withdrawal has cleared.
Hmmm...I think I answered my own question, if there was a question in there.

I just sent them the same e-mail asking them to increase the bonus amount, reduce the raked hands requirement or remove it all togather. I'm sure they will say no. I'm going to keep sending them this e-mail until the bonus expires. If they are going to pratice this kind of customer service then I'm going to keep there customer service costs up by sending them e-mail after e-mail after e-mail.

Everyone with a positive gets their account sabotaged with a free 'bonus' prior to a reload.
Paranoia?.....maybe, maybe not.
3 steps to dealing with it:
1. withdraw all money from your account and play with the free $10 until lost (or you make your first million).
2. Then sign up as late as possible for the reload to allow as much time as possible after the expiry of the bogus bonus for you to fulfill the reload's terms.
