Thanks DJENJ. Good to hear your actual experience vs. what their CS thinks you need to do to clear a bonus since you've proven they don't really have a clue. It looks like you have to clear the first $90 in bonuses and then play 500 additional raked hands to clear the $100 casino bonus. According to Poker Tracker I ended up playing around 900 raked hands total for the entire $190 bonus, so as much trouble as it was it is still a great deal (slightly less than 5X)
If you guys want to play it safe, I would clear the original $90, then play like 100 additional raked hands and then call ECash Direct and find out how much of the Casino Bonus you have cleared so far. If they say you have cleared around $500 of the $2500 wagering requirement, then you'll know you are good to go and just need to play around 400 more raked hands to clear it. You definitely get credited for $5 in casino wagering for every poker raked hand, its just that they don't start applying it towards clearing the casino bonus until you have cleared all your other poker bonuses first.

I called back again tonight, and spoke to two different people, and they both said that they didn't think you could clear the casino bonus by playing poker, even though they said they could see on my account that I had already wagered over $2000 of the required $2500 towards clearing the casino bonus and they admitted that they could see that I had not wagered a single dollar in the casino.
The guy said I needed to wager another $495 at the casino to clear the bonus, but said that apparantly playing at the poker tables was "somehow" clearing the casino bonus and that if I just played a little bit more, it would fully clear the casino bonus.
My theory on this from what I can gather is that they don't start crediting your raked hands towards the casino bonus until you clear BOTH the $50 deposit bonus AND the $40 monthly bonus.
