This is the way I understand it but could be wrong.
As you clear the $100 bonus you are generating +MGR. Once the $100 is released your MGR is taken down by $100. If you play at a limit large enough you will still have a +MGR, if not you will be in the negative until you play more.
And depending on your affiliate, they could apply that negative MGR to other rakeback you earn at other sites...although if they are repuatable they aren't doing much for you at party anyway

If you are clearing a bonus your share of the gross revenue will be reduced by the bonus you earned from the hand. So if the bonus is a 10 rake per dollar bonus, you would lose $0.10 from your accumulating MGR each time the hand is raked.
Combining the two for this example hand shows you had a net negative incremental MGR of $0.0375 for this one hand.
How all of this works in the real world depends on the contract between the poker room and the affiliate, which we don't have a copy of. And in the case of Party, we all know they don't generally support rakeback deals <wink> so the discussion would be irrelevant. However, a hypothetical whore who signed up for Party rakeback but only played for the bonuses would likely need to be playing 2/4 Limit or higher to create positive MGR from cl... | | Read Entire Entry |
