Yeah, I e-mailed them and asked that in August, and they said as long as the deposit was made during the bonus period, there was basically no expiration on it. Just e-mail them whenever you finish the hands, and you should get the bonus credited.

If you haven't logged back in at all since your cashout, you should definately go back to check if they money has bounced back to your Expekt account. You can't do the reload. In order to do that you would have had to open the account before the reload period, hence prior to August 24th.

Have you accessed your Neteller account from a different computer/network than you usually do? This caused them to close down/lock my account once. They claimed it appeared as though my account was being accessed from another country (which sounds really odd); while it was just me accessing it from my office... I ran it up to $200 for 100 contributed raked hands which is 0.5 * $200. And being a true whore I played this on the 0.5-1 stud table (as stud has an ante, you contribute to ALL hands).
