The same weird delays happened again yesterday, again for about 20 minutes or so. I was in the small blind, had pressed the advance button to call. Instead, the sw folded my hand and sat me out as "i had not acted in time". Similar stuff happened with other players at a number of tables. I checked whether there was a big freeroll going on. Sure enough, a (network?) freeroll with 10,000 players had just started. After 20 minutes or so, 4,000 players and more were busted out and the sw returned to normal.
I finished the required 700 raked hands for the $100 bonus this morning and sent an email to support. About 10 minutes later i just happened to check the balance in my bank account and noticed that it was $50 higher. I have no idea what that represents. Unlike the signup bonus, you can clear all the reload bonus at lower limits. As long as the pot is raked at least 25c, it is counted towards releasing your bonus. | | Static Link |

Similar problem here. I called the support today, and first they said that they would manually post $100 to my account immediately. Then, they checked my record and said that it had not been 72 hours yet, so wait little longer, and it would automatically be creditted. I don't think you should have to worry too much about hands not counting towards bonus. I got a confirmation email today as well, but they said that I already finished 700 hands.
