I thought that meant they will offer me a bonus if I reopen my account since I did lose a lot of money there. I sent them an email asking them to reopen my account and forward the weekend newsletter that always contains a 35% match bonus. They replied saying they are glad I have re-opened my account, but unfortunitly they will not send me the newsletter because I chose to unsubscribe when I closed my account. Not only that but when I played the Prime Casino SUB and managed to play through the bonus WR without busting, I redeemed 10€ worth of Loyality points as a reward for my gambling. Not only did that 10€ go to bonus balance with the same 80x / 800x wagering requirement but it prevented me from withdrawing my cash balance! So I had to RISK another 800 credits on slots only to be able to withdraw after claiming those 10€ comps. I think it is rogue to punish player for redeeming loyality points. I also complained to Customer support about this and they replied that they have removed 10€ from my account.
