I have seen someone purchase a license from them recently who has still not launched. They just keep brushing off the launch date and it doesn't seem like they have done much of anything. According to my information the playtech casinos pay promptly. Baraka casino paid over $3000 to a winning player as a result of a 10 free promo. Ofcourse this player made a few deposits to actually win and was able to withdraw. I can not speak for the eurogrand because I do not want to list this casino. But for europa, vegas red, cameo, bellini etc I can assure you that players get paid - also the 10 nd works just fine - at least so far I can judge.
