Those exta pts have way more value..... it would give me an extra $260 in tourney entries...... and i don't have to clear anything for it.
now for 500 euros im looking at 10 000 played hands if the tables are tight like last time.

It is BS if they want to claim he wasn't eligble for the program. There was no term or condition listed saying he wasn't at the time he joing. I don't care if it "was poorly communicated" because it wasn't "it wasn't communicated at all".

Why discriminate? I played over 36 000 hands...... over 450 hours of playing... generated much more $$$ in rake than any1.
Why did some players under the same bonus got all their pts?
Why did i get my bonus pts for the first month..... and not the 2nd?

Another clarification regarding the Poker Club:
You will only be excluded from the Poker Club program during the 30 days after making your first deposit. Only players on the €2000 bonus will be exlcuded for the first 30 days after deposit.

Long story short... I deposited and tried to withdraw the first portion of my bonus. I played a bit more and all of a sudden "my account was locked out of the system".
I phoned and emailed their support which was an absolute nightmare and was basically told over the phone that i am probably being investigated because i'm winning!
I was later sent an email saying that i was being investigated for chip dumping (fwiw i've played nothing but 1/2 full ring hold em there). I was asked to submit my documents which I did. I ran into some problems with this but got it sorted out eventually.
A few emails have been exchanged since then but still no progress although I was urged to be patient. I emailed them last night asking for a copy of the hand histories which are being investigated but no reply as yet. | | Static Link |
