First of all I would like to apologize for the poor information from Unibet regarding the new VIP point’s structure. Also there have been some misunderstandings regarding how you can combine some bonus offers together with our VIP Poker Club program.
For all of you who have registered with the €2000 bonus before Wednesday April 2nd are still under the old VIP point’s structure. What is different between the new VIP point’s structure listed below and the old one is that all players under the old VIP point’s structure for the €2000 bonus will not be able to take part in the VIP Poker Club program. This was poorly communicated for which we are very sorry. For all players under the €2000 who registered after April 3rd will be able to take part of this program.

No problem, did not mean to make too big a deal of it especially as I tolerate most other mistakes online, but the 'of' instead of 'have' or 'one' instead of 'won' thing really gets me and I think letting it pass for so long encourages other people to start doing it too... Plus old habits die hard - I was a teaching assistant not too long ago marking students' writing and penalizing them for smaller mistakes

Cleared 16k VIP in February. Haven't used them in case it is necessary for verification. Please don't tell me you've caught a case of daraideritis now Sorry, I like you both but it sometimes bugs me that I spent most of my life learning English to the point that it is now my first language rather than the one I originally spoke - only to see it butchered by (presumably) native speakers who routinely use an entirely different word that doesn't even remotely resemble the proper one being replaced
OK, stepping back down from my nitpicky grammar nazi soapbox now... It sucks that Unibet won't credit you with the extra VIP points but most sites in my experience have a clause (often buried deep in their T&Cs) about being able to change promotional terms any time they choose without having to inform customers first, so that will probably be their last resort if they haven't used it yet. Are you considering getting BW directly involved on your behalf?

The issue with Unibet is the following...... if it was burried in their terms somewhere..... why did we get them for the first month?
Its like going to a restaurant, order from the menu, after you are done.... they bring you this free cheese cake...
2 weeks later order from same menu, same item.... but no cheesecake.... you are gonna ask for cheese cake right?

They answered 4-5 email after this one i sent.
