I learned the hard way not to hit "notify mod" unless it's a real offense. Jek got a little pissed when Dan and I notified mod on all of Jek's posts. LOL. We lost our "notify mod" buttons for a day and now are threatened with reduced post counts.

As I mentioned before, I got the pop up for my the bonus on my account, well I got the bonus and cleared it out. Today, I logged in to my gnome accounts for my brother, sister, mother, father, girlfriend, and dog. To my amazement, they did not get the pop ups that I did, not one of them! I emailed C/S to ask why I got the bonus but my other accounts didn't. After waiting 5 minutes, I thought that maybe they didn't bet my email. So, i called C/S to ask why I didn't get the bonus. The C/S rep Marjorie Singh (at least that's what she said her name was) told me I wasn't allowed to have more than one account. I told her that I read on all kinds of poker forums that this was allowed. After all, why would they post directions if it wasn't allowed. Besides I only had 6 accounts on each skin. She then threatened to close all my accounts, so I asked to talk to a supervisor. The super accused me of fraud and theft and closed my accounts. This is when things got crazy.

The $100 you are talking about here must have been given to you immediately following your deposit. It should have been added to your available real money balance. You still have to complete the required number of raked hands in order to cash out. | | Static Link |
