Good advice! Last month i set the promo and started playing. Fortunately, after abt 140 rh i had to log off and when i came back there was no promo showing. I then tried umpteen times to set it/log off/log in again; it never took. Then it took me a couple of emails before the site was willing to adjust it for me, incl the rh i had already played. In Dave's email he stated that there was abt 1 hour delay between the main page rh counter and the promo counter. In some cases the delay was really overnight. The only good thing about that promo counter is that ONCE it is shown that you have met the rh requirement your bonus will be credited automatically in about an hour. Hence no need to send a credit my bonus email. | | Static Link |

At least Poker Rewards is pretty clear about that in their e-mail. Not sure how Tiger Gaming advertised it though...

Had to chuckle a bit as after the last reload i had emailed Dave suggesting to be more specific in future about the time zone of a deadline rather than saying "midnight". I assume that as with most Prima's the requirement means rh in which you have been dealt cards. This will run from the Friday 21st October, 12.00am GMT (8.00pm EST)
through to Monday 31st Oct. 11.59pm GMT (7.59pm EST) . Rake
requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
