I would imagine that all MicroPower clients will continue to operate under the Micro Power brand, while Chartwell poker clients will continue to be licensed under the Poker Nexus brand - no change in that (licensing) respect.
The real question would be how the technology aspects would be managed. Would these be two separate aggregators (two independant poker networks), or a sort of mega-aggregator, with two different networks sharing the same back end.
Should be interesting to see what the announcement says. I think it is safe to assume that this is only the first of a series of moves you will be seeing this company make.

This morning a Chartwell group from Calgary flew into Vancouver to sort out the nitty gritty, I'm told.
It's likely that the formation of a new and improved poker network will be examined - one that will support all interested licensees with the two (now one) companies.
There's likely to be an announcement in a week or so.
