this is the best route for VIP, BGD and Nine brands. I can't imagine the founders of those brands to just give away the US market - it's the market that they really understand; LNG is still feeling and wading its way through the European market.

most likely previous owners will buy back their brands from LNG - at what price though - will be interesting to watch.

tough for real public LNG shareholders but the best move for these brands.

Yep, and that may not be the only one.

Lots of places rue the day they went public.

There you think going public will make you a respectable industry member, and then you lose your business over it.

The U.S.-focused gambling operations of Britain's Leisure & Gaming are likely to be taken private and continue operating after online gambling is banned there, a source close to the company said on Wednesday.

Leisure & Gaming said on Tuesday it would block U.S. gamblers from its sites, and was in preliminary talks to sell its U.S. operations.

"All the American facing business is likely to carry on under private ownership, and the impact on customers should be minimal," said the source. "The management is expected to be unchanged."

The source added that online gambling had become impossible for publicly-listed companies like Leisure & Gaming.
