Well to continue on this line. Here in Washington State, the Indian Casinos are just like the ones in Las Vegas, offering all the same games, and even sportsbook, and OTB on Horse Racing. But as I understand it, they must only follow the Federal Guidelines on Gambling. Although most do not want to step on the states toes. Here Washington state removed all Slot Machines from a indian casinos, and they just put them back. When all was said and done the Indian Tribe won out, and now all the Casinos here have Slots (Electronic of course). Anyway, it maybe in the best interest of the Indian Tribes to talk with the state Gambling Commission, but is it a requirement per the law, well truthfully I don't know.
Everyone have a great day.
Sincerely,
Steve
