One more tip: after deleting all the cookies and cleaning out your computer otherwise, don't forget to NOT use the same credit or debit card you used previously. They will reject you at the Microgaming sites for this.

Wow. we must have slammed their e-mail as it has been 36 hours and not a word from some of these. I called and was told that they are way behind in answering them, so be patient and if ya wanna play the funds might not be available until the first of the week, my experience that is. Yes. I have played with alot of these proc-cyber ones and I was told when calling and also getting the same person thru the years that they do support work for many casino's, but correct they all have different numbers. Seems to me if they are growing they need to hire more help as they have allllll gotton real slow.

Not entirely true.
Most of the casinos share the same support services - ie Proc Cyber for e-cash, and I believe the tech support is being handled by Forward Slash. It's possible a couple of them are the same owners, but mostly they shouldn't be.
The easiest and surest way to check this is to see where you should send your deposit checks or wires to. That's when you'll discover Golden Palace owns about 20 casinos.

yes, the phones and the emails go to the same employees or whatever. And yet, most of these casinos claim they are a sole entity and are not affiliated with the others. This was discovered at casinomeister.com forum where Steve and Hitmob busted them re: this lie. I still haven't figured out why they lie about being associated?
Also, sometimes, the casino employees and the ecash employees sound the same too.
It's a funny little world out there online.

Casino Guru and gang, you have to DELETE all the files associated with the casino to reload it. The normal "uninstall" with each casino doesn't delete all the folders. But, better yet...just refer legitimately me and Melissa offered also. That way you don't risk losing future bonuses. I am only a member at Fatcatz and Lucky Nugget also. Want to keep the mutual trust and integrity thing going, right james?

Hi People,
Did you know that the casinos you have named above are all owned by the same people? I tried calling up a few one after another to claim my bonus and to my surprise, the same guy answered each time.
They have somehow set up their telephone system so that they have different support numbers to call but each time you call, it is routed to the same place with the casino you are calling about identified by the number you use.
Hmm...efficient but just a little suspicious I think.

The only way I have used to get rid of the tag(not by choice either)When I rebooted my pc because of other quirks,It allowed me to open new accounts when I redownloaded after rebooting.Of course what a pain it was.I would not say that it is a great alternative just for some bonuses....Michele

Hi,
You cannot reregister at Microgaming casinos once you have registered once. Even if you delete the software, they leave some kind of file in your computer such that if you downloaded it again, you will find that your original registration is still there.
Thus, you can only use the above promotions for casinos you have not registered at.
I don't know if anyone knows how to get rid of the tag.
