Hi Dov...wow...didn't know about 'your Turn' Forum. I had better check it out and post accordingly.
Please know though Do that at no time have I ever underestimated your effort or the role that gambling.com fulfills. In fact I refered James to you as I knew you were tenacious in trying to solve these issues.
Personally, you have always been most sensitive and attentive.....much appreciative! Suffice to say I think they have the best guy on the job.
(James.....my old post here may be too far back...it's what brought me here. I will probably go to 'My Turn' and post there. Suffice to say I rec'd an extraordinary bonus email from GP...knew it was wrong so I called to clarify....initial call I was told it was right..then second call told there was a 'typo' "correction to be sent". In the meantime I spent my money after the first call and rec'd much less than expected. I was new to GP and not familiar with them...nor the games they play to make money. Like Melissa, I also think that Do is great, but I might be a bit prejudiced, seeing that I *am* Dov.
I would like to clarify one point that Melissa made. "Gambling Grumbles" is not intended to be a forum where you can air your complaints about the casinos. Instead, it is a place which tries to help you by sending your complaint on to the casino in question. Because they know that we will be publishing an article about the complaint, they often (unfortunately not always) try to get the problem solved.
www.gamblingcommunity.com, which hosts "Gambling Grumbles" is not trying to censor your complaints. It offers another forum, called "Your Turn" where you are free to say exactly what you think of a particular casino.
We simply feel that it is best to keep these two functions separate. "Your Turn" for praise or complaint and "Gambling Grumbles" for help.

Just so you know Marlene....posts at gambling.com must be 'submitted' to Do first before they are posted publically.....so not sure if James' issue is up yet....it wasn't yesterday.
Also Gang.....don't get me wrong as I think Do is GREAT, but gambling grumbles will not post from the client once the problem casino has responded. ex. when I had a problem with GP they responded with a blatant lie to Dov'd query yet I was not able to let anyone know they were lying as gambling.com closes the issue once the casino responds.

Do from Gambling Grumbles just got back to me.
No answer yet from Golden Palace, but he now has a total of five complaints.
Since different people may be seeking different paths for restitution, the total number of ictims is probably much higher.
Do will be publishing on Gambling Grumbles at www.gamblingcommunity.com soon with or without a response from Golden Palace.
