Just received my bonus from palazzo- they are also asking who referred to give me more- I assume this will also mean a referral banus for whoever posted this originally. To be fair- is it winner on line or the guy (generic term) who first posted the link. I was just reading about Casino Merlin (not Merlin Casino) around that time and got my stuff mixed up.
Palazzo is Goldplay and thus I cannot play.
Merlin is RTG and I can play.

Jetset - The url: www.palazzocasino.com works for me (being in the UK)
Spearmaster - According to the palazzo website, they are "powered by Goldplay". Accodring to the goldplay site, their software can't be used in the US for real money... I guess that means a US credit card/address check is done before you can deposit?

Brief answer, Manilaboy:
My credit card is American - but as far as I know RealTime Gaming (Palazzo's software provider) - accepts those cards.
Physically, though, I am about 2 hours west of you by plane.

Hi Jetset, try palazzocasino.com, and watch the number of l's and z's. I have sometimes misspelt it and ended with a 404 error. I have not had the windows 2000 as I have not got it yet! Regards Brand

I think its a problem with Installshield. Their process hangs during initialization... it doesn't even get to the "client" software. It has somehting to do with the _isdel.exe and temp files - _isdel.exe is waiting to get a lock on temp space, which it cannot while certain other programmes are running. Even with win2k running in protected memory, there is still a common temp area!
We ran into a similar problem with install shield when we were trying to deploy an application to our users at work.
No big deal, but nice of them to let us know!

No kidding! That I'm glad to hear.
Kinda weird about the conflict with Win2K though - the only thing I can assume is that either Installshield or their software has not been updated for Win2K - because in WinNT and up all programs run in their own protected area, so this scenario should actually be LESS likely to occur!
Oh well - at least perhaps we can try it now. Thanks Phil!

I was having problems with installing it on Windows 2000, too. I contacted them about this and they toldme they had been made aware of the problem through this Forum!
I have just been back to the site and noticed they have put up a note about
win2k. I tried the download again and this time installed it without
having any other apps running and it has worked.
They told me they were using Install Shield which has a problem with win2k and other apps running (e.g., Outlook 2000). That
could have been the problem.
Anyway, the site looks clean and uncluttered, unlike many you see, though I think they could make it look a bit more exiting.
Lucky for them this forum is around or they could have lost many potential customers

I registered at Palazzo, deposited 50$, got the bonus a few hours after emailing a request.
Now I sent another email to ask about eventual restrictions on cashing out, but I am still awaiting an answer...
The fact that they use the same software as Ascot Casino made me uneasy at first but they seem not to be related.

Has anyone played at Palazzocasino.com? They have a $50 free chips new account promotion, but reading the problems with other similar promotions on this forum I am not sure I should give it a try. Anyone had any experience with their customer service and payout record?
