Hello
I'm new here and this is a great place to get info! Thanks
Anyways, I only won a small amount but I was new to the online casino world and pretty excited about it. I won and cashed out at Miami on May 23 and haven't heard a word since. I won small amounts at other casinos too on May 19 and received my checks last week. So -- I'm not impressed. An email would've been great to explain that they were overwhelmed.

Hello Sirius
The name belonged to a marketing company-Sunny operated and managed it. The database was never passed on to the marketing company and still remains confidential. We do not rent, sell or pass on any client information.

Hi PlayTherush...sorry we've had such different experiences. Mine have been incomparable.....and ...NO...I don't work for them, (although inflatable sheep may 'bah' something different ;-) I'm not able able to address your particular situation not knowing the details.
However, I will tell you that I agree with you regarding a frustration that a cashin is still available in the account for 24 hrs. When I cash out I prefer it be gone and 'inline for processing'. No doubt it is left available with the casinos hope that you'll play it back...and I have. I've also let Casino Fortune know that I don't like this feature.
As far as them requesting a cc statement from you in order to cashin I must say that I think this is and think of it as a prudent request that protects me. Keep in mind, when it was requested I simply faxed to them the top 1/3 of my statement with my bank acct #, name and address......nothing more. (It took me 20 seconds....one time). Also, I've noticed that this is a standard request ... | | Read Entire Entry |

I can't agree about Sunny Group having the best customer service. I have been trying to cash out of my Mapau account since May 13th and they have yet to send my check. Their insistance on faxing them cc statements is annoying just like the fact they only process checks on Mondays. I also dislike the fact you must email them every time you cashin. It seems they try to make cashing out as long and complicated as possible. They even redeposited part of my cashin in my casino account, no doubt hoping I'd play it.
Although many people seem to have had problems with Proc-Cyber Services, I have found them exceptional in handling my payouts. I really like the fact that they immediately send me an email upon cashing out(depends on the casino involved) asking me to fill out their cashin form. I then receive a confirmation email within minutes and have gotten my checks in 3-7 days(I live in Canada which I think helps).
About the Sunny Group, I still haven't gotten confirmation of a sent check for... | | Read Entire Entry |

Spearmaster....I read the earlier posts such as you did. Two responses to two seperate issues....easy to confuse.
Nonetheless, glad to hear Colly that all is well and Kobus has personally straightened it out with you. I'm not surprised. (I must admit....I knew I was safe holding my breath.)
As most folks know here.....I know that Sunny Group has the #1 customer service in online gaming....(don't flame me, just my personal opinion.) And any newbies here can hear it from me....check out Casino Fortune, Mapau, or Miami Beach and feel secure and confident.
And, AGAIN, I'm on no ones payroll....
I'm surprised too that Sunny has shown up here but you know what....if I was running an online business the prudent thing to do would be to frequent the message boards that address my industry. This is a simple and practical marketing step....very SMART, and effective.
You're right again Spearmaster, as you often are, there are many casinos that could learn from this. But, on this issue as to GP... | | Read Entire Entry |

Sorry there Kobus! Didn't mean to imply you were confused... I gotta watch the way I phrase things sometimes.
Should've said "I was confused. Perhaps Kobus could've been as well." But in any case Colly did have a point - unless Colly's been signing off his emails as Colly, it would be a bit hard to identify him based on a simple post.
Oh well... as long as Colly, Simpy and Pam get settled... it's nice that Sunny is monitoring here for activity. I only wish other casino groups would be as active and effective as Sunny is (hint hint GP).

feel obliged to reply to Kobus from sunny groups reply to my earlier post.
1. If it was delivered by UPS- why do I ahve a an ordinary mail envelope postmarked from CANADA (arent you guys in trinidad) dated 24th May. ( and if per your earlier emails and prior to my call you had posted the check already why is the postmark dated after that-hmmmm)
2. I find it strange that only your group has problems wiring with the details supplied others have been successfl.
3. YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT- If you say someone is going to contact you- and they dont--well enough said

As long as the membership is well defined.
IE. if you're really serious about this, and some members get ripped off by let's say umm Golden Palace...then you should actively defend them and send off emails, and if it ends up in court, that you'll help with legal fees.

Of course we have to pay for this opa thing. hosting, website, and a ariety of other things. We would not like to charge a membership fee, but we do not want to take money from casino's. If we do, and I say IF
They would have to be top notch and a ote would be taken by the members. If the members oted to let them pay for advertising then so be it. If they decide not to, well so be that too. It is what the members decide not me.
IT is the players that are going to have final say so in all of this, not me.

OPA will NOT accept money in lieu of promoting ANY casino. If they EVER do...I am history! Steve is considering asking for a casino to offer a promotion if he has to charge his members a small annual membership fee. That way, they would receive at least that much in, if not more, for the membership fee.
BTW...you are getting paid. Please return my sheep promptly as I sent you the hitmobs by accident and it has the white belly button fluff that was special ordered for only him. Thank you.

Kyla->
Regarding OPA do you think that casinos will pay attention to what users want and offer special promotions to OPA to sweet talk you into promoting their casino?
I don't mind getting a special promotion, but as for blatantly paying OPA people to spam/promote their casino, I give that a HUGE thumbs down.

Yes, some of the casinos do monitor or come by request. That is why we have a good chance of getting a "delegated" rep for OPA negotiations or information.
But I am with Dave on Microgaming! {personal choice}...and Dave...good luck on hitting that royal OR joker-royal! {same difference}!

I too have dealt with Kobus from Sunny Group on a couple of occasions to answer questions regarding my VIP member account. He has been professional, courteous and helpful. My overall experiences with Sunny Group casinos has been positive. They represent the best of what Microgaming has to offer.
At the moment, however, I am boycotting ALL Microgaming casinos (including Sunny Group) due to the Golden Palace fiasco. I wish to point out that Golden Palace and Sunny Group are two seperate companies, and that Sunny Group has, so far, proven itself to me to be reputable. However they still runs the same software as Golden Palace.
What Golden Palace has done sets a dangerous precedent for the online casino industry. They have STOLEN money from customers who were simply following THIER rules. After the players' cashed out, they suddenly CHANGED thier own rules, and kept the players' money. When a casino can change its rules any time it wants, and get away with it, than any other Microgaming ca... | | Read Entire Entry |

That could be why you received several emails? Each time they resent the wire? Nevertheless, free comps etc are looking rather dim here. But OPA does address this issue...I do have inflatable sheep on standby for time-fillers throughout the unforeseen delays...and one of them is rather anxious as it thinks "you" are "me" because of the Kyle thing. Let me know if you would like me to send it (UPS, also)!

Hello Colly
Your surplus cashin check was delivered by UPS on May 29. The tracking info can be seen on www.ups.com We are not sure why you would say that the check was delivered only on June 2.
Your wire transfer was sent several times, with different swift codes. Our bank tried to confirm your banking details but did not get any response from your bank (most probably due to time differences). Our account is charged each time a wire transfer is returned for incorrect banking details. We decided to send your surplus cashin as a check instead, to prevent any further delays. We also did not deduct these return fees each time we tried to process your request. We apologize for your bank’s lengthy clearing period. All our checks are bank issued cashier checks drawn on a major International Financial Institution and usual does not take longer than 2 weeks to clear.
Please feel free to contact me direct on creditcontrol@sunnygrp.com if you need more information.

Kyla-> the only problem I have with the situation is the casino saying "Your check will be processed today and UPS'd today on 3 different days in a row."
Why can't they say "we're overwhelmed, just leave it a few days, and then we'll email you"
Or if a casino is REALLY bogged down, offer a promotion bonus to people waiting for money, or some kinda compensation such as free UPS or something.
These are the types of issues I hope the OPA addressed!
