You should be able to create a backup of your account information at any time.
I un-install and re-install casinos all the time on my tiny hard drive, and I have a floppy devoted to account info from Cryptologic sites. Note that the account information from all Cryptologic casinos is saved on your floppy in a file called something like dvsj.bmg; I have a separate directory for each casino with this file in it, and copy it up to the root directory when needed.
The login screen for Cryptologic casinos shows choices like: "backup user info" to make this floppy and "emergency restore" for after you have re-installed. And "login" of course.

damn I did not create a backup when I originally opened the account
I thought you could make a backup at any point in time, doesn't it give you the option???
I guess I'll wait for my PIN #, cashout then make a new account and backup the data!
Maybe this will save me losing my winnings though

No, you can't simply reinstall, and the worst part is that you can only create the backup when you are first creating the account. I had a problem a little over a year ago where I had to reinstall Intercasino, and had not backed up my profile. I reinstalled the software, but could not log into my account. What I ended up having to do was open a new account, wait a week for the PIN, call up and transfer the funds from the old account to the new account, and have the old account closed. It wasn't complicated, but it was an unnecessary use of my time. That is perhaps the biggest drawback of their software, so I always urge everyone to make a backup. You never know when you're going to need it. If you haven't already done so, then the next time your account has a 0 balance, instead of depositing money, create a new account and a backup disk to go with it.

NO! I did this and it won't allow. If you so you then have to contact sand and spend an age getting any funds in your account transferred (plus pitboss sends sarcastic messages about if you'd followed our advice and copies to disk this wouldnt happen) gettign any bonuses recredited is MAJOR drama

Yes, the ecash is reliable, and without over charging you with high fees. I would advise making the back up disk of your account though, otherwise it could turn into a headache if you ever have to reinstall for any reason. I could be wrong, but I think WH mentioned a bonus of $25 for $25 in the Casino Billboard forum.

I have played here. PIN number comes from Cryptologic. It took about 10 days to get my PIN number. Slots are the same as at Sands of the Caribbean, who also use Cryptologic.
I believed as a new player I got a $25 bonus with my 1st hundred dollar bet and it was instant.
