James L...You make it sound as if I won then wanted my husband to get the promotional money also, which is untrue. When I called and talked to Jessica it was prior to having made any bets in Ascot Casino. My husband and I use the same account because its easier to keep records. I was told, promotional money aside, that we both couldn't have an account in Ascot, but he could use my account and I could transfer the money from his account into mine. We even said he would use another card but was still told that we could only have one account. So, as to not compromise my account, we withdrew the money from his account, leaving us with just one account. ps..... items #1 & 2 you stated above, are not on the rules and regulations page, if they were, we would NOT have used the same card...because I did read them before we even downloaded the program. Dear James, I was really impressed with that slot promo of yours. So I had to try it out.
I deposited my money, won, and lost my initial deposit. I also called up Jessica and asked her to grant me the bonus, which she did. (GREAT so far!!!)
Then apperantly, by accident, she granted me too much, and when I called again for more free money, because I won at the slots again, she first deducted half off the bonus that she gave me over, and then told me that I always got to call her when I win. ????
Because I can only claim a slot bonus, when I am higher, meaning won more, than my initial deposit.
NOW, does that mean, if I win $2, I gotta call you, get the deposit, play, win again $2, call again....and so on?????

Umm err
I hate this sort of ridiculous oldfashioned notion- neither of you are joined at the hip or incapable of independent thought or action.
Where is Ascot based?
discrimination on the basis of marital status.Isn't that illegal?
I know this can happen in some countries where the religous and government arms aren't separated but then I dont think Ascot is licensed from one of them.
Australia is not the most enlightened country when it comes to individual rights but even here a spouse has equal financial and property rights at law.
Push the issue- its sounds like an illegal try on- Even if it is in the sign up rules(which I gather it isn't as its "policy")I dont think it is enforceable if it is against federal/state laws.

After first reading all the rules and regulations, my husband and I both downloaded Ascot Casino (on seperate computers). After we both made our first deposit, I called their support # to find out how to get the $25 sign up bonus as stated on their web page and also the 50% first deposit promotion. I talked to Jessica, who gave me the $25 plus the 50% of my first purchase. But when I asked her to do the same for my husbands account, I was informed that we both couldn't have an account with Ascot!! No where in their rules & regulations does it state that a husband and wife couldn't both have an account. Jessica agreed with me that it isn't stated in the rules but this was their policy!!!
