Just wanted to update this and let everyone know that I did receive my check today. My card was credited back right away and the check took about 2 weeks. If they still have this deal you should probably do it.

Nor would I. I'm just stating what happened. There was some doubt as to wheather Chris was a manager there when he posted and I am clearing that up. I also was showing that if anyone does have a problem at the casino, they would be compensated and treated fairly. I think thats important. If you have seen some of my past posts, when I think a place is a rip off, I will let them have it. There were some initial concerns here, but they have been cleared up and I was setting the record straight.

Hi I just wanted to let everyone know that Chris Ford is a manager at Pitboss. He told me my check was sent July 21. I have not received it yet but I will let everyone know when I do. I still got some hassles from the customer service, which is a service the casino uses that apparently does customer service for several places, but eventually I got that straightened out and they confirmed my check was sent July 21. Apparently the customer service is undergoing some changes due to unexpected growth and they have a few people they are still trying to get trained. Anyway, Chris told me he was comping my account $50 for the hassles, and the customer service supervisor comped it another $10.
The $60 was in there just like they said.
Its nice to see a casino manager like Chris post on here and show concern for any problems his customers might be experiencing.
The extra $50 was an added nice touch. Thanks Chris.

Donmosier, I gave my personal e-mail account, To the contrary, don't be afraid to have special attention. Now you see why some other casino managers dont respond to critics, why ??? because some people never take under consideration the efforts and never see any good in what people do.
Maybe Don would have preferred to contact our Live service...

No I have not received my check yet. I have not even received any confirmation that I ever did a withdrawal. All I can say that my card was credited back the $500 right away, but as far as my $155 winnings, well I have heard nothing.

Well I finally got through, after 8 days of trying, to a customer service rep on the live help. She wasn't much help, first telling me that because of AOL they had no record of my play, which is total garbage. I have played a several java casinos and while they may freeze up once in a while, I NEVER had a problem with the deposit or withdrawal. Then she told me that I didn't bet the required amount, WHICH is ALSO garbage. I bet more then the required amount. When I started the requirement was to be 2 times your depost and bonus which I did. When I got done they had changed that to 3 times so I went back and played some more. I keep track of my bets so I KNOW I played more then 3 times. Then she said she will have to check with accounting and get back to me tomorrow. I have this feeling I will not hear from them again.

I have also played at Pitboss and I think I know what the problem is. The deposit showed up on my credit card as SFC NGC. There are quite a few Gambling Software casinos that must be affliated that show up with this SFC account. This is not good news. A check from Goldbeach took over a month to arrive, that's the good news. I emailed them when the check was late and never got a response. I couple of days later, the check arrived. I am still waiting for checks from EZmoney, EZbet, and Goldmine, all from early June. All emails have gone unanswered. The address for EZbet now leads to another non gaming related site.

I am starting to have second thoughts about this place. I too have tried their on-line help, many times, only to find it always says all operators are busy. I sent an e-mail to the pitboss, the same guy who posted on here, and got no response. I then sent one to their support and got a response about using their casino with AOL. My questions had nothing to do with using their casino with AOL. I sent them a response asking if he even read my e-mail. I cashed out on over a week ago, and although my card has been credited, I have not been contacted in anyway about the payment from them for the remaining balance. The pitboss says they pride themselves in giving the best customer service. Well I think they have a ways to go, quite a ways to go. I still have not been contacted regarding my payout and it appears they are avoiding answering any questions about it.

I tried for the last 3 days to speak to a customer service rep through their "online chat", It always says no one is available & to try again. This always happens, I must have tried over 30 times. I also have not yet gotten any type of response through emails. Are you or anyone out there having communication problems?

My initial depost of $500 was credited back to my card the same day as the purchase. I am now waiting to hear from them regarding the $155 I won. I am not expecting any problems, I have not heard of any with this casino.

Hey if you want to try a real good one go to www.pitbosscasino.com. They have a 25% new player bonus up to $125. The front page says you have to wager three times your initial deposit before you get the bonus but it is added instantly. The blackjack has great rules, split up to 6 times, (YES that was 6) double after split, surrender. Watch out about splitting against 10 cause if dealer has ace in hole they take all your hands.
