I called them by first dialing the operator and telling her I needed to make a long distance call to Malta. Then I just gave her the number 356 499 224. The operator dialed it and connected me right away. They picked up fast as well. I wish they could solve my problem as fast. They said they are way behind on answering their e-mail.

I just called them up long distance for the second time. (Anyone know what it costs to call Malta?) I told them I have not recieved my bonus nor have they responded to my last 8 e-mails. They said they are a week behind in getting the mail through their ISP. They told me the software for Acropolis Casino and Stanley Acropolis Casino are exactly the same. They told me the problem is with my deposit. They said my deposit went to Acropolis Casino not Stanley Acropolis Casino and the reference number for the deposits are different but my casino software and my user ID numbers are the same for both. They said they will have management and the technical department look into it.
My friend from work tried this casino and got everything to work like it should. She says the casino software says Acropolis Casino. That is the same as my software says.
I also asked them how long the promotion is going to be good for. They said I wouldn't have to worry about missing it.

I am having trouble with this casino. I got on www.stanleyacropolis.com this weekend after seeing the news posted. I downloaded the software, installed the program and made a $1000 deposit. I gambled close to $1500 in action over the next few days. I e-mailed them 4 or 5 times about the new player bonus that I did not receive. They never responded to my numerous messages. Finally I called them with the long distance number on their site.
They told me I downloaded the software from acropolis casino and not stanley acropolis casino! They say they have two casinos and the one I downloaded was the wrong one!
So I went back to the website and redownloaded the software. Guess what? It was the same as the first time. They are telling me the software should say stanley acropolis casino and not acropolis casino.
What is going on here? What does the program say at the top for someone who has gotten the bonus?
