Dear Forum,

At exactly 11.15p.m. (GMT) tonight, Tuesday, 12th September, Asian Gamble Casino will be closing its doors until further notice.

We would like to stress that this is a move made after careful consideration and consultation with several members of this forum.

We are going to be putting in some further testing on the games and should, hopefully be back soon. You will be the first to know - and to judge.

I would like to extend, on behalf of all the team here, our ery sincere gratitude for many of the complimentary postings we have received, the good reviews, etc. We are also extremely grateful for the early criticism which, in the end, will improve our services no end.

If anybody would like to know more, please feel free to mail me. I'm here and good to go.

Kyla, put the sheep on ice.

Yours sincerely,

This has been a ery interesting thread. BTW, that is not an antenna up Radio Boys ass, it's his tail.

Anyway, I don't think we will ever know what really went on. Even if their techs come up with an explanation, will we know if it's the truth? I'm not saying your lying Adam, I'm just saying I don't know. The glitch could have been deliberate and they got caught and now are trying to talk their way out of it. Then again, what Adam is saying could be true. There really is no way to prove it either way. Another point I would like to make is that if the software was set up to cheat, would it cheat to such a great extent that the player would never have a winning bet? Maybe the software was set to cheat but went haywire and cheated too much. I'm just looking at this situation from different perspectives. One thing is for sure, there was a problem that affected the outcome to the detriment of the player.

Especially by Hitmob and Steve! It's Kyla's spanking promise that keeps them in line you know.

Adam - you're doing the right thing here but you really do need to satisfy Sirius on the techie explanation, and there are some expert technology players here who can understand such a description and translate it for the rest of us who may be more technically challenged.

PS Sorry about the double posting I don't know what the hell is happening here....

Look at it this way, if your television breaks and flips through all five

Hmm, I'd feel better if the programmers wanted to talk to Sirius and take a proper bug report. I'm having trouble imagining a "glitch" or bug that would behave as Sirius has described. I also think it would make an interesting discussion of just what would be proof of an honest casino? Nothing personal here, Adam, but I've bee...

I hope none of you are waiting for Adam to admit that the software can deliberatly avoid your numbers. Even if Sirius is right and the games can be rigged to control how much the player wins, the casino could never admit it. It would end their business. I do side with Sirius that the software deliberatly avoided his numbers. Maybe the software switches into a "win" mode only supposed to last for 8 or 9 hands to try to "beat" a player doubling after loses. Maybe it went into this mode and didn't get out of it after the 8 or 9 hands like it was supposed to. maybe that was the "glitch'.
I think the casino did a stand up job dealing with the problem after it happened. But even if your right, don't expect the casino to admit the games are unfair. It will NEVER happen

I don't know about the rest of you - but it does appear to me that Adam is indeed trying to discuss the situation in good faith.

However, I would like to hear a more technical explanation of exactly what happened, as I cannot possibly imagine software which "misfires" and then continues to do so for any length of time.

Adam, if you are reading this, please get a tech to explain exactly what happened. I believe Sirius is entitled to know exactly what did occur and why the system did not react properly to the situation.

It's not the compensation that is currently the issue - it's the explanation for what happened that is. He (and some of us) are having a hard time believing that this type of an "error" can occur.

By coming forth with these answers, without necessarily revealing source code, you will not only go a long way to restoring credibility but indeed faith in current and future players that you are not hiding anything.

Anyway, I don't even know if they are able to log the game outcomes properly. adam said I ended on $485 in blackjack when I ended on $385. He then said he rechecked it and he was correct. When I showed him my actual results he just said he was rechecking it again but didn't actually say any more on the matter.

Also, today he emailed me mentioning I played 240 spins when it was actually 250 but maybe he didn't bother checking that.

He wrote this which was when I then asked if it deliberately made players lose if the software detects something wrong but he denied it in the email I posted at the end of my last message. Also what he says about missing numbers doesn't make sense.

oh dear was that ******* the naughty word George Bush used recently? Now there was a storm in a teacup for you.

Credit where credit is due, this outfit is prepared to sit up and take notice on a complaint and communicate openly and I applaud that. Players on this board and others are quick to criticize a lack of this sort of activity from casinos so be fair and recognize it here.

But Sirius has raised a serious question which deserves a serious answer that satisfies him or at least gives an assurance, and folk here have got pissy when false "satisfied customer" postings have been made before.

Jesus, I go away for a few hours and find all this. I'd better explain in a bit more detail what happened from the start. It's probably a bit boring but it backs up some of what I said.

Firstly, they are supposed to have 24 hour support. I couldn't find any email address on the web site at all even though it's there somewhere apparantly (couldn't even find it after reading the winneronline article mentioning it). When you download the software you get a message from adam with adam@theredline.com so I assume this is the email address. Then later get another 'thankyou for downloading' email from him with that email address only. I have no knowledge of any other email addresses. On friday (17:45 UK time) he sends the promotional email. I don't think they could have thought the promotion through that well though because an hour later he sends a revision of it stating that 'The Big One' part (50% extra for winning 5 in a row) doesn't include certain games (although losing 5 in a row, known as '5 fro...

Ok, within minutes of the above posting I got an email from Adam.

He has assured me the problem was fixed and has offered to let me play in the casino and see for myself.

Now I am not an expert in software glitches so I am not sure what good it will do. But I have to say this

HE CAME HERE AND ADMITTED THERE WAS A PROBLEM. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A CASINO DO THAT.

He could of just said hey pal you lost. But he did not...

He is taking this ery seriously. Not the sign of someone out to rip people off.

Well I just wanted to say that he has contacted me about this problem and I will look into it further.

I also find it hard to belive that is happened only to Sirus. There is an admitted bug, but why did it happen to only one player? How many players deposited $100, played roulette, lost their $100 and thought nothing of it. How many players played just a few spins (less than 50), lost and left? These players could of also be affected by the glitch. This is just an example of what could have happened.

Kiss and make up?

Adam, you admit that your software was not working properly on one game and one game only.

Do you know how hard that is to believe?
This forum has not turned into a one man show!

I bet your software has not been working on other hands with other players.

When you ask why would we cheat? That is the dumbest question you could ask.

You have everything to gain by cheating.
By the time someone figures it all out, you have gotten new players to take their place.

What proof do you have that this problem has been fixed?

After a casino admits there has been a problem with their software, The players must now rely on proof, not just your word.

Your word has always been your a fair casino, that is why people play there. Someone has proven and you have admitted that it was not fair.

We now await the proof that the problem is fixed.

The biggest problem for me here is I dont know a Rebecca or Maxine. I have followed Sirius posts for approx a year now. Who to believe? hmmm.

Adam, it is helpful though that you have taken time to post at the MB's and explain your side.

I too know that claims of 100s of players in arious casinos just cant be true. Or what? I sign in and they ALL run off. {now thats a possibility}

I also know, Sirious isnt a complainer or a poor loser. His opinion is well-respected. That is why it may appear to Adam to be a "one man show". If he brings up issues, they will most likely NOT "poof" away lightly. His concerns sound pretty reasonable to me. I appreciate he took the time to post and try to alert us that there "was" a problem here...big time...least for him.

Hi,

The only other possible explanation is the software makes you lose on purpose when it goes wrong.

Rebecca pretended to be someone called Maxine in the casinomeister board. She pretended to be a satisfied customer. The IP addresses are similar I've been told. The last posts there from them were made at the same time too.

O Sirius, come on now. This is getting silly.

I am the Customer Relations Manager for a reputable software, publishing and exhibitions company. I don't fix games for a laugh.

You asked about the promotion, I responded immediately. You say so yourself ('below is what he wrote me yesterday and this morning').

I haven't been on casinomeister, though Rebecca, our affiliate program manager has. She's on there under the name 'Rebecca'.And you know we do have satisfied clients.

I, and www.theredline.com, will stand and fall by our products. That we have pride in them is only to be expected. We hope it's infectious.

At the top of this page you say 'I'm glad mike is going to talk with them.'

I'm sorry you didn't hear what you wanted to.
