Cryptologic and Web Dollar are great and I have never had any problems with them. I thought that I would miss playing at firecash
merchants but I haven't.
According to the Firecash Rep, the casino is the only one who can take you off the blacklist Sirius, why I haven't figured out yet.
My cheque for OPA is in the mail as we speak
Erin. I cant understand why Firecash just doesnt make a $1000 charge to my credit card,
Or 2 charges of $500 hehe to clear it off.
They cant even tell me if the casinos have been paid or not.
It wouldn't surprise me if the EH Casino double billing topic was another oooops on their part.
It looks like AIB is now a firecash merchant
from a post I read on gambling grumbles and causing gamblers problems there too!!
I appreciate their need to combat fraud with the negative database and calling for address erification on the first cash out but when charges are disputed honestly I must protest.

Hi again. The person who had a Firecash multiple billing error (described under another topic in this forum) confirmed that it happened on 8/27 -- so it appears there may still be problems, not just those that occurred in early August.

There isn't any problem with them now. About the disputing, I've never had to dispute a charge but when I've had minor problems my bank has said that there would be no problem at all getting the money back. I don't think the casinos can do anything about it. You might get blacklisted but if you have a genuine complaint about the service, I don't see how you can be. You can dispute a charge from a credit card company not only for not having authorised the transaction but also if you haven't received the expected service.

Under another topic about English Harbour casino, someone was double or triple billed by Firecash in late August -- at least the email is dated late August.
Does anyone know if there is still a problem with Firecash/Proc Cyber casinos?
Thanks for your time. I'm hesitant to go back to my favorite casino until it looks like they have this problem fixed. I'm still hoping it was a technical problem and not a deliberate theft they hoped they'd get away with.

Yes,
FireCash has screwed you, eh? I'm sorry that happened to you... Lots and lots and lots of people were double and triple billed during the period of which you speak, myself included. I imagine that the reason you received no response from the provider was because everyone and his brother was screaming bloody murder about the extra charges.
Good luck in your quest to be removed from the negative database... Mr. Steve Adkins could probably provide tips on how to be removed from a negative database (eh, Steve?)

About a month ago a prominant ecash provider
double billed me 2 charges.
I sent 2 emails to them inquiring as to the alidity of the charges as soon as I found out and questioned them as to the reasons how they were able to make such charges that placed my account over the limit. I gave them the information that they requested. These emails went unanswered. This put my account over the limit. My bank informed me that these overdue amounts must be paid right
away or my credit rating may be in jeopardy.
They gave me the option of disputing the charges. This would immediately give me a
credit and bring my balance within my credit limit. Great I said, Seeing as how I didn't have $1000 laying around and was not getting any assistance from the ecash people it seemed like a great idea at the time. I proceeded to notify the ecash company of my intentions as well as the respective casinos in question.
Three days later there appeared a credit on
