It is the customer support's fault. The casinos can't do much about it as it's included in the turnkey package from gamblingsoftware.com.

The support are usually able to tell you the wagering requirements for a promotion but when it comes to cash out they apply different requirements. They don't approve the winnings and never even bother telling you it wasn't approved until you ask about it. You then have to contact the casino manager to sort it out.

Hi guys, i've been reading through the message board. I have played at players fortune casino and wanted to add my thoughts into the conversation.

My experience has been really good, apart from some confusion with support (though thats not really their fault). When I did experience problems, their in-house customer service were really nice and helped me. With this 50% bonus, so far I have won over $3,000! WooHoo.

As far as payment, I havn't had any problems with credits or checks.

Hope everyone else on the message board gets lucky too!

Cheers.

I wrote to Players Fortune asking if I could get my monthly deposit limit raised or if they allow two accounts per player and they said no to both. $3,000 in deposits per month is the limit.

Casino Spy, that rule doesn't make a lot of sense. Thats what they are saying but it says you will not receive the bonus if your last transaction was a cashout. But if they give you the bonus, which they have given me every time, then you have received it. So I don't think they can come back and take it away after you play and cash out. Also, now the 50% bonus is instant, so if you don't get it just cash out without playing. I can't play anymore cause I have exceeded my monthly limit of $3,000 in deposits I guess.

But if your last transaction was a cashout, it means that you don't qualify according to the rules, right?

gamblingsoftware.com has terrible customer service support judging by lots of messages in forums and my own experience. They sometimes lie or are ery misinformed. Another problem is the casinos can't do much about the support as it's included in the turnkey package.

Here is what it says now:

Terms and conditions for 10% or 5% and Special Promotions:

1. All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Player must wager twice the total amount of the buy-in plus the bonus amount before cashing out. [Note: Wagers placed on either Craps or Roulette will not be factored into this total.]

3. If we determine that members are not here to enjoy the casino and are abusing the bonus program we will deactivate their account.

4. Player will not receive bonus if last transaction prior to the buy-in is a redemption.

Well folks it looks like they are changing the rules again. I just played and cashed out and made another deposit and now by the box you click for the 5 or 10% is says this:

Check the box if you would like to participate in our current promotion. By checking the box you are entitled to receive any bonus pertaining to our current promotion and must abide by all its terms and conditions. Please note that during special promotions we do not honour the 10% and 5% bonuses.

Also, if you look at their terms and conditions they now say, that if you are not enjoying the casino and are there simply to play bonues or something like that they will deactivate your account. Hell, how could I not enjoy this casino with these 50% bonuses?
And theres another dandy there now, if your last transaction was a withdrawal prior to making a deposit to get a bonus they will deactivate you also. What the hell do they think most players last transactions are in a casino before you play again? I don't know ...

The other board I am reading is listed in my first post on this thread and I got my bonus.

I bought in for the $500 and now I have a bit over $1000 in there. I did cash out the whole thing tonight. I love them $500 checks!

The promo is supposed to be Sat, Sun, and Mon so I will try it again when I get home from work Monday night. I am giving them a break only doing it two out of the three days, but I wanted to make sure they were legit and giving out the bonus like they said they would.

I am up around 25% on my initial buy in. I won on both the blackjack and the ideo poker. I have played a lot of hands and the games I have played are legit. I checked this morning and the bonus is not there, so I sent them a friendly note.

I mostly surrender against the dealers ace or sometimes the dealers 10 against my 15 or 16. Its nice to surrender against the dealers blackjack. Those hands you would most likely lose anyway so its sweet to get half your money back.

This casino seems strange in that my win rate is HUGE. I played yesterday and was up $400 betting $10 a hand 160 bets (lost about four bets near the end for once). After 120 bets I was up nearly £370 which was around +3 SD. When I played before I played $10 a hand also and was up about 20% of the wagered amount after a couple of hundred hands. I never surrender though.

I think the games are fair. I have come out ahead 2 times with bonuses, and once without a bonus out of 4 trys playing there, all on blackjack. If you play this one just be prepared for a crock of s*** from the customer service people who are going to tell you that you didn't wager enough even if you did. Same customer service that I have had problems with before, but I did get paid eventually. They told me last night that I didn't bet enough for one of the bonuses last week, and when I pointed out the rules and how much I bet it went to "we will get back to you." I have never seen a customer service dept with their head up their ass as much as this one. It seems everytime I use it I talk to Sharon. Must be alot of Sharons working there, or they just use that name for all of them.

Hi James,

I was just about to try it when I read your post. Why can't you win with a 50% cushion? Are the odds so obviously unfair? Thanks.

It's early surrender against a ten, late against an ace.

Surrender 14-16 against dealer 10.

Personally, I can't win at these places even with a 30%-50% cushion.

I just realized its late surrender.

I lost about $40 getting that last $400 to kick my action up over $1700. I still made money gambling and I still should get $250 bonus money on top of that. Good luck to everyone else.

Hmmm... thats 550 plus 250 is 800, and 800 times 2 is 1600.

I bought in tonight for $500. Thats the max buy in at one time. I got an e-mail from them saying I need to play twice the buy-in and the bonus. I got an additional 10% first time buy in as well.

Hmmm....maybe I didnt play enough. I wagered over $1200 figuring the $550 x 2 = $1100, but I think I need to do the $550 plus $250 bonus times two so thats ($550 + $250) x 2 = $1500.

I had good luck there so far playing blackjack. They even have early surrender!

I played ther a few weeks ago & they said I never wagered enough. They did not approve my cash out. I specifically asked the chat person & they said no wager requirements. I did not get a check for the winnings.

I played there last week when they had a 30% bonus on all deposits for 3 days. The wagering rules were bet deposit plus bonus but now they are telling some people they didn't bet enough. I deposited $500 each day. All the credit backs to the card have been made. Too early to tell if I will get the checks. For this one they raised the wagering to 2 times deposit plus bonus but also raised the bonus to 50%. You can only deposit $500 at a time so $250 max bonus per day. If you new you will get an additional 10% bonus. Make sure you check the box on the bottom of the deposit page or you won't get the additional 5 or 10%.

Sounds too good to be true to me,
No maximum on the bonus? so if I deposit 1,000$ each day, than I will get 1,500$ bonus?

Anyone played there before? how's the cash out?
Thank you
