Where does it say the world owes Dean anything, including money. "A fool and his money are easily parted"
Elizabeth Kelly claims to be a counselor. However, her behavior in coming in here to post borders on pathological. Seems she is forming a co-dependency with a dysfunctional like Dean.
Jargon for either she is Dean, or one of those women who go to prisons to find a mate. Go figure.
I have never met a functional person in a chat room. When I first came online, I tried a couple, but it is impossible to go there and be a functioning, literate person.
Elizabeth, my advice to you is:
1) stay out of chatrooms
2) seek professional counseling for yourself
3) get a life.

Get a life... If you actually look at the law about online gambling, you are breaking the law and not the casino as of this date. So go ahead and pursue it... maybe you will be out of our hair soon.

I do want to point out that Gambling Anonymous meetings are not pious churchy boring affairs attended by non-gamblers. Non-gamblers never develop the gambling bug. Gamblers Anonymous meetings are full of people just like you'd meet here or in a casino; and getting out to meetings is better than gambling online alone.

This is 3 months before Dean and almost 2 times as many posts.

I have one question to ask. Is Dean for real?
I have seen all his annoying posts about how he has a problem and has been taken advantage of by CasinoDomain. Can anyone prove that he has a gambling problem or is he just a bad loser, who is putting on an act (which now includes his friend Elizabeth)to try and get his money back. Is there no chance that he is having everyone on, in an attempt to get sympathy and support and in turn build up quite a force against casinodomain, so that he might get his money back.The fact is that the $50k rightfully belongs to the casino.

I see, Dean finally decides to stop obsessing on his losses and quits posting and then YOU appear to carry it on. If you were a counselor, it seems to me you would be trying to help him psychologically, not financially.
You say "I dont know what to think of the story at all, but based on what I have read I feel I am making a fair judgement of Deans character."
Do you think anyone cares what you think?

Oh and chatroom girl. When you make a complaint against George. Remember that he is in a foreign country where online gambling is legal. There is no jurisdiction over him or his casino. But I am sure the Attorney Generals office would love to hear about one of their citizens gambling on the internet. So go make your complaint and stop threatning people.
Get him the help he needs, not his money back. Have you turned him on to someplace he can go for real help?

FWIW, I ran IP checks and there doesn't appear to be any correlation between Elizabeth Kelly and Mr. Beith, at least insofar as the IPs are concerned.

For others of WinnerOnline I am a Counselor and deal with people that are Drug Addicts, however addiction is addiction.

Don, I am with you !! Does not make any sence at all. So not only is he a big gambler he is also a chat room fien. I wish Chuck and Max would just make him go away as all of this is totally unecessary in my opinion. We have all tryed to talk to Dean for months and he wont listen he is still feeding his addiction. Does he ever work as he is always here. Dean , for the love of God give it a rest. You lost and that is the end of the story. I have lost more than your 50 grand you and do not see me here whinning about it. It is gone. And I did not lose it I basicially gave it away, that is my fault.

Don I am not an attorney. This is not Dean, would you like to talk on the phone to me? I will be happy to talk to you. I am trying to mediate on Deans behalf, since no one seemed to give him a fair shake. Dean instant messaged me in an AOL chat room. When I read "Elizabeth's" posts somehow they read just like yours. And counselors do not try to settle claims for clients, lawyers do that. So there is certainly something suspicious going on here.

After reading all the posts on CasinoDomain, I emailed Dean for his phone number. He did reply, and today we had the opportunity to discuss the matter. This post will not be a "Poor Dean" story, but I feel that some type of settlement should be made.
$1900.00 is a lot of money to lose, I could not dream of gambling this amount, especially on the internet and to a foreign country at that.
Dean also stated he was allowed to play again with an account opened in September. Dean does not remember mispelling his last name, but this is soposedly the case. But Dean said George was fully aware of the account, as he questioned Deans plays and posts.
George has basically been silent in this matter making him and his casino looking innocent of all claims. So George you have taken the back seat approach and you know you are really the guilty one, but dressed in Sheeps Clothing.
